The controller of your data is Monica Garcia Consulting Limited (trading as MGC), company no. 12694310, registered office: Office 20, CP House, Otterspool Way, Watford, WD25 8HR. Paweł Dobrzyński works through this company.

The 5-minute life audit

The audit is scored in your browser by fixed rules. Once you finish, I keep your answers and the result, without your IP address or anything that could identify you, so I can see what people come with. Your e-mail address is added to that record only if you ask for the result by e-mail.

Only if you ask for the result by email and tick the consent box, I receive your email address and your answers. They are used to send you the result once and to reply if you write back. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to me.

The audit never asks about health or money.

When you write to me

If you email me, message me on WhatsApp or use a form on this site, I keep what you send so that I can reply and, if we work together, to prepare the work. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps before a contract.

Who helps me run this

These companies process data on my behalf, under their own data processing terms:

• Vercel Inc. hosts the site and counts visits without cookies, in aggregate.
• Resend sends the emails this site sends, including the audit result.

How long it is kept

Audit results and messages are kept only as long as needed to reply to you, and deleted when you ask.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Write to the address above. If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
